Is life happening to you
or
Are You happening to life.
What I Do
I work with high-performing individuals who are great at what they do but feel like something is missing. On the outside, life works. On the inside, it feels flat, restless, or uninspiring. I help you move from stress, boredom, or quiet frustration into clarity, ownership, and real momentum - so your life feels aligned, powerful, and fully yours.
My coaching is direct, grounded, and built on one principle: ownership. We cut through noise, challenge the patterns keeping you stuck, and reconnect you to your internal authority. This isn’t about hype or surface-level motivation, enthusiasm has a half life. It’s about becoming the person who leads their life with intention, conviction, and thrill.
I guide people back into alignment with who they really are. Through engaged conversations, practical action, and a grounded approach, I help you:
-
Build a vision that thrills you.
-
Clear the mental fog
-
Reclaim your hours
-
Break the patterns that keep life feeling flat
-
Hear your own voice again
-
Step into power, decisiveness, & freedom
Why Coaching vs. Counseling? Better question: why not both? Counseling tends to focus on the present and the past. Coaching focuses on the present and the future. Both matter, and the moment decides which one you need. Think of an anchor versus the sails of a boat. They’re not in competition with each other; they’re both working against the elements of the sea. When you need the anchor: You’re overwhelmed, grieving, or carrying something from the past that hasn’t been processed. You need to feel steady before you can move. Counseling holds you in place so the storm doesn’t take you under. When you need the sails: You are steady, but stuck. You know who you are, and you’re ready to move toward who you’re becoming. Coaching arms you to put the wind back in your sails and get moving again, toward what you actually want. Most people need both, at different times. A boat with only an anchor never goes anywhere. A boat with only sails, and no way to hold its ground, gets thrown wherever the wind takes it.
Get what you paid for. Coaching doesn’t end when the session does. Counseling typically lives inside a fixed window, once a week, for 55 minutes, in a space set apart from the rest of your life. That containment is often exactly what it’s meant to do. Coaching works differently. It’s not a weekly appointment you step into and out of; it’s an ongoing relationship. I’m available to my clients 24/7, seven days a week, not just during a scheduled hour. Many of my clients reach out mid-week to recalibrate, talk through a decision in real time, or get a gut-check before a hard conversation, not to mention staying connected to their vision when the week starts to pull them off course. When you invest in coaching, you’re not paying for a single session. You’re paying for a standing partner in your corner, actively helping you stay focused on where you’re headed, all week long.
Emergent Alignment Modality
Conviction → Mission → Vision → Goals
1. Conviction:
Your deepest why. The non-negotiable belief that anchors everything you do. Conviction is the internal fire—your truth, your standards, your values fully owned.
Your foundation is Conviction.
2. Mission:
Your conviction put into motion. Mission is the work you choose to do in the world because of what you believe. It answers: “How will I live out my conviction?”
Conviction fuels Mission.
3. Vision:
What becomes possible if your mission is carried out fully and consistently. Vision is the future you are building—long-term, energizing, and aspirational. It’s the big picture that pulls you forward.
Vision is the Boss in Ontological Coaching. If everything is in support of your Vision (your being, your mind, your body, your actions, etc) you'll be unstoppable. Limiting beliefs will be eclipsed by momentum. Heavy sighs will be consumed by a proud grin.
Mission feeds Vision.
4. Goals:
The concrete, measurable steps that make the vision real. Goals turn the abstract into structure, momentum, and achievement.
Vision informs Goals.
For Goals that ignite you, first change your Being. Your Being will then inform your Doings. Your Doings will produce your Goal.
